On an iPhone the pass goes straight into Wallet. On Android, Google Wallet. On a computer you get a file to send yourself.

How it works

Scan the card. Point the camera at the barcode or QR. We tell you what kind it is and read what it carries. Photos are decoded on your phone and never uploaded.
Make it yours. Type the gym's name, drop in its logo, and the pass takes on the logo's colours. Pick lettering. Add your photo if the desk checks faces.
Add to Wallet. One tap. The pass is signed in memory and handed to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. We keep nothing about you.
Test it once while you still have the card. Camera scanners read screens; older laser wands do not.

What do you keep?: Nothing about you. Apple passes are signed and sent back in one request. A Google Wallet pass needs the logo at a web address, because Google loads it by link, so the logo tile you made is kept under a random name; if you add a photo to a Google pass, that too. Your name and number are never stored.
Is this my gym's app?: No. It is a wallet pass carrying your own membership number, made by you for your own use. Your membership still lives with the gym.
Why does my Apple pass show a different barcode than my card?: Apple Wallet draws QR, PDF417, Aztec and Code 128 only. A card in Code 39, EAN, UPC or another one-dimensional code is re-encoded as Code 128, which carries the same characters; camera scanners read either. Google Wallet keeps the original type.
Can I share it?: Share this page, not the pass. Passes are marked not shareable, and a friend's number in your Wallet checks the wrong person in.
Who made this?: WattReach, from a climber who got tired of the key tag. It started as Go Climb for one gym. A couple of ads on this page keep it free; there are none on the pass.
